Following on from the success of Coventry’s first National Workshop in October 2008, a follow-up National Workshop on Learning in Immersive Worlds was held on the 11th November 2009. With 80 delegates and 18 excellent presentations across several themes, the 2009 Workshop was a perfect opportunity to meet new practitioners and learn more about other institutions’ virtual world development and research. The workshop involved a great deal of collaboration and interesting discussion, and will pave the way for our next event in November 2010.
