Big Issues registration open!

Registration and abstract submission is now open for our third National Workshop on Immersive Worlds event hosted by the Learning Innovation Group at Coventry University. The Big Issues in Immersive Virtual Worlds workshop is being held on November 4 2010 at the Techno Centre, Coventry University Technology Park. The themes of the day are as follows:

Research and issues with -
Space
Identity and embodiment
Learning design(s)
Evaluations
Impact of innovation on student learning

This event will provide opportunities for discussion, collaboration and interaction on the topic of issues in learning in immersive virtual worlds. It is a free one day event with refreshments and lunch provided, presentations from virtual world practitioners and live streaming into Second Life.
