Retention Policy as of 25th September 2011 |
Original Master Files – 30 daysThe original master files will be retained for 30 days from the original recording date. After the 30 days, no more edits to that Echo will be possible, reprocessing of media and additional formats will not be available.
The Echo files – Archived after One Year The Echo files will be archived after 1 year unless otherwise requested. After one year from the original recording date they will be archived (not deleted) and unavailable for viewing.
The Archived Echo files - Deleted after Second Year The Archived files will be deleted after the 2nd year unless otherwise requested. After two years from the original recording date they will be deleted.
This retention policy is going to take effect from 25th September 2011 and will result in the following:
