Retention Policy as of 25th September 2011

Original Master Files  – 30 daysThe original master files will be retained for 30 days from the original recording date. After the 30 days, no more edits to that Echo will be possible, reprocessing of media and additional formats will not be available.

  • If the original master files are required longer than 30 days, please contact Clive Teed.

The Echo files  – Archived after One Year

The Echo files will be archived after 1 year unless otherwise requested.

After one year from the original recording date they will be archived (not deleted) and unavailable for viewing.

  • Archived Echo files can easily be restored and made available for viewing again.
  • If Echo files are required to be viewable longer than 1 year after the recording date or if you need an Archived Echo restored after this, please contact Clive Teed.

The Archived Echo files - Deleted after Second Year

The Archived files will be deleted after the 2nd year unless otherwise requested.

After two years from the original recording date they will be deleted.

  • Deleted Echo files cannot be restored.
  • If you want to keep them for longer than this please contact Clive Teed.

This retention policy is going to take effect from 25th September 2011 and will result in the following:

  • All master files recorded before 27th August 2011 will be deleted.
  • All echo files recorded before 25th September 2010 will be archived.
  • All echo files recorded before 25th September 2009 will be deleted.
