Linking to Curve

Using the search tool in Curve gives an option to get the rss feed for the defined search.  This rss feed can then be used to pull an up to date list of the search results into which every Web 2 platform you wish or as a standard url in plain html pages.  The rss feed will only show those items that are publicly available or discoverable and the links shown on the feed are to the items page in Curve, an example of the feed is given below.  This would mean that the use of Curve as a repository for research papers as discussed in the last Curve meeting would be ideal.  It has the added bonus of being able to display copy right information, a brief description etc. related to that paper.  The search can be constructed using the very extensive Power Search which can include Key Words, Author, Educational Context etc.

Example search RSS feed relating to research. Please follow one of the links on the result to see what the extra information that is displayed.
