Setting up a page of FAQs in Word
By an FAQ, I assume that you want to set up a page with questions, each question being a link to an answer lower down the page.
Here’s an example of an FAQ page:
http://is.gd/kWpU-
(It takes you to the RNIB’s site.)
You can do this in Word as follows:
- Write all of the questions and answers.
- Format each question as Heading 1 Style.
- Create a table of Contents at the top of your list of questions. In the Word example, I also:
- removed the tick from Show page numbers
- reformatted the table of contents so that they looked like links, ie were underlined and blue.
